Bill Designer overview

The Bill Designer allows you to create fully customizable Bill Formats, A/R Statements and Cover Letters. Juris’ powerful design features allow a user to create formats that also incorporate envelopes, banner pages, detailed expense attachments as well as numerous summarized subsections into their bills. The abundance of options available in the designer allows bill information to be displayed in virtually limitless configurations.

The Bill Designer is arguably the most feature-rich function of the Juris product, and users unfamiliar with working in a design environment may find this area overwhelming. Juris supplies a number of pre-designed formats on the installation CD that are designed to take advantage of the full functionality available in the Juris Bill Designer. There are also dozens of bill formats available in the Client area of Juris.com. These formats can be easily imported into the database, and most firms will find these pre-designed formats suitable for their billing needs. These formats are also a good starting point for a new user, who may wish to experiment with the Bill Designer by modifying these pre-designed formats to suit the needs of their particular firm.
